✦Extra Person beyond the number of authorized guests reserved is subject to $75 per person per night fee. Persons on the premises past 11PM are subject to additional guest fees.

✦The use of tape on the home’s walls, ceilings, and furnishings is not permitted.
✦Tampering with, unplugging and/or covering of Ring cameras, noise monitoring devices and smoke monitoring devices is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund, and carries a $500 fee if violated.

While the property is updated, the electrical outlets are not all in great condition. Some do not work at all and some are very loose and the plugs will not stay in. We also had some technical difficulties with Internet and smoke detectors that were never solved during our entire week stay. We did communicate throughout the entire week with the property manager, and I hope that these issues will be resolved for the next guest.

My two college girlfriends and I enjoyed our stay very much here. It is is a nice tucked away safe neighborhood, and the unit was extremely clean and well stocked. We were not bothered by the host during the stay it was very smooth and peaceful. The beds were very comfy and the showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great location in Mt Pleasant close to downtown and beaches. Overall we have zero complaints and would stay there again.
