This recently renovated, stylish holiday home offers a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. It features three bedrooms, including a kingsize bed, a double, and a bunk-bed room, accommodating up to six guests comfortably. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming your furry friends during your stay. The spacious living room boasts generous sofas, a feature fireplace with a log burner, and family-friendly entertainment options such as board games and DVDs. The property also includes an open-plan kitchen-dining area, ideal for socializing and preparing meals. For outdoor enthusiasts, the enclosed courtyard offers space to store beach equipment or hiking gear.
The holiday home is situated in the picturesque village of Tywardreath, just a short walk from local shops, pubs, and the stunning Par Beach, which is dog-friendly year-round. Visitors can explore the South West Coast Path, with beautiful walks straight from the door, or enjoy paddleboarding at nearby Golant. The famous town of Fowey is within easy reach, and other attractions like the Eden Project and Polruan village are just a short drive away.
Inside, the fully-equipped kitchen features a full oven, five-ring convection hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge-freezer, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The family bathroom includes a bath with a mains shower, large basin, and WC. The charming period stairs lead to the first floor, where the bedrooms are located. The property does not offer private parking, but free on-street parking is available nearby.
