Great place! No issues during our stay.

Here’s a balanced review you could post:“The stay had a mix of positives and negatives. The bed was extremely comfortable, there were plenty of towels provided, and the hot water never ran out, which was great after long days out. Parking was also conveniently close to the property.Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the stay less enjoyable. There were dirty dishes left behind, spiders in the unit, and the couch was incredibly uncomfortable. The neighborhood and neighboring guests were also very loud late into the night, making it difficult to relax or sleep peacefully. The biggest frustration was being locked out around 11 PM because the entry code had apparently been changed without notice.Overall, there were some good amenities, but the noise and access issues would make me hesitant to stay again.

The host was very reliable, she responded to me fast when I asked for some help. The house was so beautiful and clean!! Will definitely book again when I come back to Dallas !

The highlight for me was the location and the way the space was set up. It was thoughtfully arranged, comfortable, and had a welcoming feel. There was noticeable noise from the upstairs neighbors, particularly late at night, which made it difficult to fully rest during my stay. I didn’t bring it up at the time because I didn’t want to create an issue, but it did impact my sleep. I ended up booking a hotel for an additional night in the city afterward so I could rest up before traveling home.If the noise situation can be improved, this would be a very enjoyable place to stay.
