Charming apartment in the center of Arreau. Ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the mountains. You will have an outdoor space and a shared heated swimming pool (open from 01/06 to 30/09 6 days a week, not on Sundays). Arreau offers all the shops and services necessary for daily life as well as a weekly market.
2 min walk from the town center, and 4 min walk from the crossroads. Close to Saint-Lary-Soulan, Loudenvielle and also not far from hiking, canyoning, skiing (resorts 20 minutes away: Val Louron, Piau, Peyragudes). You can also go to Spain (35 min).
The 45m² accommodation consists of:
- a bedroom with a 180x200 mattress with a wardrobe and a dresser
- two cabins with 2 bunk beds each with wardrobe
- a sofa/bed in the living room
- a renovated bathroom with a shower and toilet
- an equipped kitchen (dolce gusto coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric hob, fridge and freezer)
- a 16m² terrace with table and chairs
- a ski box
- a free outdoor parking space
The residence has a free WIFI connection for residents, it also has a laundry, board games, a ping-pong table.
