With soaring windows, abundant natural light, a wood-burning fireplace, mountain views, and three levels of living space, this home is a comfortable base for family trips and year-round mountain adventures.

Located in the quiet EagleVail neighborhood between Beaver Creek and Vail, the home offers convenient access to both resorts, along with nearby dining, shopping, golf, hiking, fishing, and other Vail Valley activities.

Nearby community amenities include the seasonal EagleVail pool, tennis and pickleball courts, golf courses, parks, and hiking and biking trails. In winter, EagleVail offers groomed Nordic trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing when snow conditions permit. Seasonal hours, availability, and fees may apply.
GETTING AROUND
A car is very helpful at this location and recommended for reaching Beaver Creek, Vail, groceries, restaurants, and surrounding Vail Valley attractions. Eagle County Regional Airport is roughly 30 minutes away, while Denver International Airport is approximately 2 hours away depending on traffic and mountain conditions.

Property very clean . Plenty of towels and kitchen was well suited for big family dinners and breakfasts. Nice quiet neighborhood,close to Walmart in case we needed a quick run to the store. Plenty of bathrooms. Great base for many day time adventures. The only reasons that i did not give this property a five, is becuase the upstairs toliet would not flush unless we reached into the back and pulled the lever inside. A bit annoying. Also there was no hot tub as advertised when we booked; bit of a disappontment. Other than that great place, great stay!

Great location in quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes from Vail. Very nice condo with plenty of space for nine women over a three day weekend. Functional and well-stocked kitchen that we were able to use to prep and store a brunch picnic. Full bath on each floor. Plenty of towels and shower essentials.
Could use a body mirror on first floor. Half bath on second floor near the living room didn’t flush, so we didn’t use it. Some of the outlets didn’t work. Couldn’t control the thermostat to lower the temperature.
Overall an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.
