We enjoyed our stay very much! Serena responded quickly to our questions even once in a late night. The location of place is super convenient, 2 mins walk to St Mark square, with many restaurants and shops nearby. ACs worked very well and this is important when you travel in hot summer. The apartment is just exactly same as shown in the pictures and it has all amenities listed. Thank you Serena!

The property was wonderful and the location could not be beat. Serena was wonderful to work with and responded to questions quickly. She suggested the best way to get from the airport and met us at the Rialto Bridge to walk us to the apartment. The apartment was clean, quiet, and the air conditioning was awesome. I would not hesitate to stay in this property again or anywhere else with Serena! Staying in Venice and being there after the daytrippers left was magical.

This is an AMAZING apartment. Outstanding and very responsive host and the location can't be beat. I will book it every time I am in Venice. If 10 is the highest number - this one gets a 15!

The host was absolutely amazing. She kept in constant contact with us to meet at the boat dock. Walked us to the property explaining surrounding attractions. Once at the property, she went over everything. She was extraordinary!
