Cute old motel being converted into extended stays. Peaceful and on the water.

The entire property is being renovated. The suite I stayed in was put together at the last minute as they had accepted my reservation apparently without having the place ready for guests! My only complaint is that the place needed cleaning they charge 120 extra for cleaning, they should clean the place.
