A classic Vail residence, this home offers a unique blend of character, unbeatable walkability, and easy access to skiing, dining, shopping, and year-round mountain activities. In summer, open the patio doors and enjoy the sounds and views of Gore Creek. In winter, Gondola One is just a short walk away, making this an ideal base for guests who want to spend less time driving and more time enjoying Vail.

Eagle County Regional Airport is roughly 35 minutes away, while Denver International Airport is about 2 hours away depending on traffic, weather, and mountain conditions.

Location for skiing and town was fantastic. The negatives were Keurig was broke, Master shower or tub did not work, 2 out of six bulbs worked in guest bath, closets are full of owners belongings, one cabinet pull is stripped on island and stones in fireplace were not attached.
