House was cozy and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay there, and the host was very quick to respond if we were to message with any issues. The driveway came in very handy since I brought my boat with me for fishing while we were there.

Awesome spot

It was clean, but it stands in need of leveling out the floor. The laminate is chipping and cracking due to the floor being so uneven. The Front porch needs the decking to be replaced, it has a number of very weak and water damaged boards. The back door threshold is the same way. Ron, the manager was nice and helped us out one day when the city shut off our water. We were able to get it turned back on within an hour. And the a/c, looked like a new unit, but it does not act like it is large enough. By that I mean from about 11 am to about 9 pm it would not go below 79, although it was set on 74, the whole time we were there, which made it uncomfortable to be inside.
