Walking into this condo you know you have found a very special place at the beach! The condo is beautifully decorated! The kitchen has been upgraded with beautiful granite; custom cabinets and backsplash. The dining room table had seating for 6 with 3 more seats available at the kitchen bar. The living room has an oversized flat screen HDTV and plenty of seating for everyone in your group: plush, comfortable furniture chairs and a pull out sofa. The master bedroom has access to the gulf front deck and overlooks the beautiful white sanded beaches!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or you will love the location just a few minutes away from many local restaurants! Luxury bedding is found on each bed and plenty of oversized towels in each bath!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

We have been vacationing at the beaches of FL and AL for 25 years. This is the best condo we have ever rented. When we opened the door we knew immediately it was clean. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and the host responded immediately with any inquiries we had. The pool was great as well. Great view of the Gulf! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

This was a great place!! So comfy and gave us all privacy and togetherness!! So close to the beach and lots of amenities. We will be back!!

We loved the place and the host was great at answering questions quickly. The only negative points were the 4pm check in. That basically took a whole day away and then check out at 10 am you lose another day. I know that is how most places work, just think it could be better. Also, parking situation, I think parking price should be included and we were told we couldn't have a 3rd parking pass because the parking lot was full, however it was not. There were a lot of open spaces which caused one of our guest to have to park almost 4 miles from where we were staying. Other than that, we had a great time, and loved the place!!!!

This condo was very comfortable, big balcony on the second floor, beautiful view of the beach and the pool! Big kitchen, plenty of seats at the table. Everything in good working order. Will definitely look for this condo for our next beach vacation!
