Everything was great. The host was extremely responsive, the home was well appointed and the property was private but in close proximity to all we needed.

Wonderful quiet stay. Beautiful grounds and convenient to monticetio and carpentiria. Close to the beach and freeway. Friendly staff and dog!

The property exceeded our expectations in terms of beauty. This lovely barn house is attached to the horse stables with a gorgeous view of a private polo field and the surrounding mountains. You can see the ocean as well. The kitchen was stocked with welcome snacks and a bottle of Summerland Rose. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and fresh linens. With windows open you can hear some freeway noise, but the location is stunning. The small house is perfect for a family of four. The owner was very responsive to all our needs. This was a great weekend getaway spot.
