The space A bright open-plan studio of about 20 m² designed for two: a living area with a dining table overlooking the Arno, a sleeping area with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a full bathroom with tub, bidet and WC. Intimate, well-kept and full of character. On arrival you'll find a courtesy kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) for your first needs.

The apartment is in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL): if you arrive by car, message us first and we'll tell you where to park.
