The townhome is an end unit with 3 levels containing multiple windows allowing for amazing sunset views. Walk to the shops, restaurants, entertainment and the Yacht Basin in just minutes. The closest beach access is at Sea Pines Beach Club which is 2 mi away. Harbour South has its own community pool for you to enjoy just steps out the lower room patio door. Parking for 2 vehicles. The location was perfect! We had a view of the 18th fairway on Harbour Town Golf Course. A 5 minute walk to the Harbour Town Shops & Lighthouse. The townhome was beautiful & comfortable. Todd, the host, was so easy to work with! Would highly recommend staying here. This place will be our first choice when we return!

We spent one week at this rental and LOVED it! Communication was great, cleanliness was great and location was FANTASTIC! so close to all the activities for the whole family without even having to leave the plantation! Thank you to Todd who was very accommodating as well!

We loved everything about this property! Great space for kids, great common area, and very comfortable bedrooms. Location is amazing for access to Harbourtown, and host was responsive and helpful. An exceptional space!
