The vacation rental is located in the Rezydencja Sienkiewicza residential complex, in the western part of the spa district. The green, quiet surroundings, immediate proximity to the forest, and short distance to the promenade and the beach (approx. 300 m) are the advantages of this location. Nearby, there is also a small playground for children, forest hiking trails, the health promenade, the graduation towers, a bike path along the 15 km-long cross-border promenade, and Swinemünde with the imperial spas on the German side of the island of Usedom (Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, Bansin).
