Hôtel Le Roy

It's a very pleasant and peaceful place; it has beautiful beaches and a very welcoming atmosphere. It's in a great location, and the views are spectacular.

The staff's service was not entirely friendly; on several occasions, we noticed a certain apathy and unwillingness to help guests. It would be very beneficial to strengthen customer service training, as this issue significantly affects the overall experience and whether guests would recommend the hotel.

The cleanliness of my room and especially the bathroom has influenced my score. On entering my room for the 1st time, i could see the floors hadn't been cleaned / mopped. There were stickers on the floor from, I presume new clothes from previous guests, that hadn't been removed, but the main thing was the shower floor in the bathroom. It looks like this area wasn't cleaned properly, especially since it wasn't level and there was a puddle of water. After being home a week, I discovered after visiting my doctor that i had a verrucca!!!!! I've never had one before and the only place that made sense contracting it from was the shower floor in my hotel room. For the price I paid, I expected a clean floor. I was horrified.
