The host, Selina, was very nice and even gave me a gift, so I gave her one in return. The place was really nice, close to train stations that connect you to pretty much all major locations in Tokyo, with a FamilyMart across the street. The host handed over the keys, so it was all smooth, and she also helped me arrange luggage delivery to the place. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone!
Everything met my expectations, and I had a great stay with no real complaints.
