Luggage storage is at another hotel (part of the same chain) around the corner. To get in you need to contact via WhatsApp / Live Chat, however the response time is very long. This left us stood outside of the other hotel for approximately 20 minutes, waiting to store our luggage

Location was good! The room was very clean

Well designed room, small but had everything I needed and spotlessly clean. The weather was extremely hot but I could open the sash window at the bottom and there was a good fan, so that helped. Safe area, good connections.

My first experience of an unattended property with keyless entry but once shown how to gain access I was fine!

The only thing I genuinely liked was the location a quiet neighborhood with good access to public transport.

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the listing photos the pictures gave the impression of a bigger space. Aside from the bed, there was nowhere else to sit. The lack of air conditioning was a significant downside. I understand the limited window opening is due to local regulations, but for that exact reason air conditioning felt essential, the room got stuffy and humid, especially after a shower, since there was barely any air circulation. The room was quite dirty, dust had built up on the headboard, the wardrobe, and the TV, and the floor was also dirty when we arrived. The bathroom was extremely cramped and also dirty, with the extractor fan practically covered in a layer of dust. Sleeping was difficult too, as the pillows were very worn/flattened, and the curtain left a large gap on the side that let in all the street lighting.
