The location was excellent, close to the city centre, restaurants, shops, and attractions. The breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable for our two-night stay for three people. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was reasonably spacious, quiet, well ventilated, and at a comfortable temperature. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, and other facilities worked properly. The woman who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. I appreciate that running a family business can be difficult and requires a lot of effort.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the room were very disappointing. The room and bathroom were old, the bedsheets did not appear properly clean, the towels were old, and the floors were very dark. The common areas did not look or feel like those of a well-maintained hotel. There was no lift. The most unpleasant discovery was under the beds, where we found cigarette remains, underwear, and socks left by previous guests, which suggested that the room had not been cleaned properly. The shower was also a serious problem: the water alternated between very hot and very cold, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower, and the water pressure was poor. Although the other facilities generally worked, these hygiene and bathroom issues significantly affected our experience. My experience with the staff was mixed: the woman was very kind, but I did not have the same positive impression of her husband. I also felt uncomfortable seeing very young children apparently carrying out cleaning and various service tasks at the property. I cannot comment on the circumstances, but this raised concerns for me. I understand that life is difficult and that running a family business is not easy. However, guests also work hard to earn money for their holidays, and they deserve clean accommodation, proper hygiene, and basic comfort.
