Room itself is very clean, toilet was also very clean. The garden was nice (just that it was rainy season so we could not go out to the private garden to chill). The place has a lot of food options around, and is situated in between the main town on the west, and the Kunming South railway station which is on the East, and is very close to the provincial museum, which was the plus point we were looking for. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was really weak, not recommended to get a room with breakfast since there are so many other food options nearby. The place to have breakfast is also pretty dirty on the floor when it is rainy, as it is directly connected to the outside. One side of the bed does not have a bedhead, which means all items needed to be deposited on the other side of the bed. The lift was a bit hard to find, so when we first went there we hauled our luggage up to the third floor, which is where the hotel lobby is at.
