Penny's made us feel so welcome, with a warm smile and goodies in the fridge. She was so accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The studio was typically basic Greek, which we love, with everything we needed to hand. We absolutely recommend Penny's for anyone looking for a convenient base in Agia Effimia.
The only thing lacking for us was a sea view, which would have been the icing on the cake

The lovely garden, back and front.
The immediate surroundings were nice and it was very peaceful.
The location was good.
Good storage space for clothes - plenty of hangers!
Panagiota (Penny) was an excellent host, very kind and caring.
The studio was on the small side, particularly the bathroom.
More electric sockets in the kitchen area would have been useful.
