This is such an idyllic location in the countryside with beautiful fields, sun rises, sun sets and rainbows. It's close enough to Gort, just 10 minutes. We really felt welcomed by Eithne, and she even left coffee, bread, butter, milk and fresh eggs.
Truly the only thing I can thing to say here is there was a faint damp odor. This may just be normal for the area and type of cottage given weather. This luckily didn't make the stay unenjoyable at all, and I am quite sensitive to mold.

Good base for exploring the area. Quiet and very well equipped.

Dear Eithne & Peter,
We are a group of 1st cousins from Connemara & Bedfordshire in the UK who were getting together for a 60th birthday party in Scarriff with our spouses all in fancy dress!
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sage Cottage.
Eithne you have beautiful taste & your attention to detail is second to none.
Every little thing has been carefully thought about & provided for your guests.
We would love to return & will recommend your beautiful house to all that will listen!
Thank you so much
There was nothing we didn't like about Sage Cottage or our hosts 😊
