Perfect location, really clean and comfortable and super friendly host (Ritchie). Had everything I needed and Ritchie was kind enough to greet me when I arrived (quiet late) and explain the set up. Travelling as a solo female I felt very safe.
Decor is a little outdated but if you're not worried about this sort of thing then it's perfect. Would have been nice to have some net curtains in the room though to let in some natural light rather than keep the blockout curtains closed (the room looks out on to a road so people can see in if the curtains are open).

Host was easy to deal with, couldn’t ask for a more polite professional experience, and he always talked to us and said hi
Only thing I’d comment on is the hot water in the shower was pretty average but didn’t impact the stay at all

Clean, had everything l needed, close to major shopping plaza and near by bus depot.
Just a bit cool inside maybe it could have had another blanket but l wasn’t freezing.

Poor external presentation. The front yard is very messy: long weeds, a piece of tin lying on the ground. I couldn't recommend it for this reason.
