Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfy and air con worked well. Drinks and food were nice and also reasonably priced.

The bedroom isn’t totally cut off from the outdoors - so the noise overnight is quite bad, making it difficult to sleep, especially with the traffic noise and dogs barking.

We like everything! 1- The staff: They were amazing! Everyday we start our day with their beautiful smile and it gave us lots of positive energy. And they were so helpful when we gave any problems or any requirements, they just fulfilled it in seconds. There was also full moon ceremony, and they helped us to understand their culture and they let us to join to the ceremony without feeling ourselves as foreigners. 2- Design: the design were amazing, the materials they used were having good quality. 3- Location: location was really convenient if you want to be close to Ubud but not to be in the main busy center and relax. 4- Food: their restaurant was amazing! The food was really delicious and the restaurant was so cosy. Also the breakfast they offered for free was the best with all the amazing choices! 5- Service: Service was really good, they were controlling everything in daily base, and help you to meet if you need anything. 6- Cleaning: Everything was super clean! 7- Price: Price of the hotel is quite affordable when you check with the similar bamboo houses around, and has the similar quality.

There is nothing that we don’t like but as we also shared the with then property there are some points could be improved: 1- there was no mirror in the rooms, so to check your outfit you need to go downstairs to the toilet. 2- the slippers were too slippery when the floor is wet especially after using the swimming pool. 3- the additional services were a bit pricey such as taxi pick up from the airport, daily trips to the outside of the hotel etc.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay here and really enjoyed it. The bamboo room was beautiful and probably the most memorable part of our stay. The design was unique but also very functional, and being surrounded by nature made the whole experience feel relaxing and special. The shower was also amazing, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff were all so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Everyone had such a lovely smile, and we always felt well taken care of. We also joined the daily activities during our stay, and every one of them was fun and well organized. The food was delicious, and the service was quick even when we ordered dinner to our room. We especially loved the sate ayam! The guest discount was also a nice bonus. Of course, being in the jungle means there are some insects, and we did notice quite a few small flying insects when we left the lights on at night. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but something to keep in mind. Overall, we loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful nature, the unique bamboo rooms, and especially the wonderful staff. We would definitely stay here again!

The fact we only stayed 3days

A stunning villa, super nice, absolutely relaxing, very attentive staff - their pure gems, really! Small and cozy complex. The housekeeping team did everything to keep our villa mosquito free (and it perfectly worked - 0 problems). The team kept in touch with us via WhatsApp during our stay and everything worked super smoothly. They even offered to make a breakfast box as we were leaving at 6 in the morning. Thank you!

I mean you are in nature and surrounded by animals, I’m not a big fan of having a gekko or lizard in my room or hearing them in the evening. However, it wouldn’t be fair to use this as a negative as you are in the nature, therefore, absolutely normal. Just prepare for some natural friends but the villa staff is there for any questions or support.
