Perfect for our quick family stay before graduation- beds were comfy and house was clean
The smoke alarm beeping :)

The home was very large and everyone had their own space. There were clean towels and good facilities.
The location was very quiet.
There was only one fork in the kitchen drawer and no dish towels to dry things. These are minor issues though.

Spacious and rooms for a large family. Clean beds. Clean bedrooms. Value for money. Easy check in and check out. Host very responsive and helpful. Food delivery from nearby restaurants possible. It’s an old house in a decent neighbourhood. So expect the usual wear and tear. Hot water in plenty. Didn’t use the kitchen but seems reasonable with all gadgets. Was surprised to find coffee and sugar provided by the host
Door should be provided with door stoppers otherwise they close as a default. Small improvements can go a long way in enhancing the look and feel of the house. Personally I didn’t have any complaints.

The house was excellent, with 4 comfortable bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 king single beds). The rooms were clean, spacious, and looked fantastic.
We also appreciated the good parking facilities.
The house was warm, cosy, and very comfortable for our stay.
The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for one of our friends. It was very firm, and they did not sleep well. It was also not clear from the listing that it was a sofa bed. I would recommend this property for up to 8 people using the 4 bedrooms and avoiding the sofa bed if possible.
The kitchen was missing a few basic items, such as scissors and additional cups.
The shower riser rail in the bathroom slowly slipped down while showering and could do with some maintenance.
