フロントスタッフのSajaはとても親切で丁寧に仕事をしてくれました。いつも笑顔で話してくれて、毎朝会うのが楽しみでした。
朝ごはんも美味しかった。
掃除をしてくれていた女性もいつもにこやかに挨拶してくれました。
夜中にフロントに連絡して、冷たい風しか出ないと伝えて毛布を持ってきてもらいましたが、そのことが引き継がれてなかった。

Booked the hotel online, notified them about my airport pickup timings and lo and behold, I was greeted at the aiport with my name on a placard and I was driven to the hotel immediately. Check-in was seemless and breakfast was good. Contained a good healthy variety of items. Check-out was equally easy and they arranged for a taxi back to the aiport. The hotel was conveniently located a few steps away from the Roman Theater - very much walkable.
Overall, it was good value for money with good service and friendly staff.
