We loved the accommodation but it was too far away from the city centre as I'm a disabled person & couldn't do very much walking so we had to rely on still having to walk some distance to the nearest shops & to get to the nearest bus stop. We also loved the trip to Chester Zoo.

The layout and furniture was lovely. All was well with the property. Thank you
:Location was fine and we were able to walk into the city centre in about 20 mins... so enjoyed our visit very much,
I am sure it was an oversight but we didn't have a washing up bowl or a plug for the kitchen sink which made it harder to wash dishes.

Excellent shower and provision of washing machine
No indication of property number or name to find it. No instructions provided inside.TV remote batteries were flat. The bathroom door was swollen so was stuck on the floor and extremely difficult to open or close. Bed very soft, small and uncomfortable.
