The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk/biscuits provided and topped up daily. Excellent position for Poole Quay. Carla was very welcoming and helpful with ideas of where to go for lunch/ walks etc. Free parking. Very quiet location in a cul-de-sac a few seconds walk from a beautiful view across the water. Would use again.

Carla, the host, is absolutely brilliant, so helpful. She's fun, funny and caring and it was a delight to share her lovely home even for just one night. She's also full of information on the area.

The room was clean and comfortable but for someone who doesn't drive the location it a bit far from the town centre
The host was very friendly a bit over friendly what should have been a quick 5 minutes showing us our room and bathroom turned into half an hour+ even trying my partners Sun glasses on when she left them on the table she just picked them up put them on saying these are nice without even asking which we both thought was a bit rude of her .
