Alfred Hotels Toulouse Centre Wilson - Hôtel Rénové

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Really great breakfast.

The room was comfortable but very small.

Situation centrale entre la gare et le centre historique. Visiter à pied n'est pas un problème. Le métro est à 200 m. Hotel au calme, cozy. J'y retournerai.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed, the staff were so helpful & friendly & the outdoor seating area in the courtyard and also indoor area was really nice, it was very centrally located and in most ways exceeded my expectations because it was very good value for money.

There was one major problem with my stay but I did not want to take too much off the score for it because everything else was so good, the staff were so nice however my room as at the back of the building over looking a street below which looked quiet during the day but at night was a different story, I stayed there at the weekend and my first night there- a Friday night, I didn't sleep all night, all night!! people passing under my window all night long shouting - clearly drunk coming from bars and night clubs, it was unbearable, every time I thought it was over it started again and this went on until the morning, I read that night clubs close in Toulouse at 6am. I was sure I would have to change hotels but it was so much trouble as I was only staying 2 nights. The next day I asked for a different room inside the courtyard that would be quiet but the hotel was fully booked, however the woman at the desk was very nice about it and gave me ear plugs which worked really well and although they didn't block all the noise , it was enough for me to get some sleep. If not for this problem I could not fault the hotel, it was great otherwise but this was really a big problem so either bring ear plugs or ask for a quiet room in the courtyard, my room was at the back.

Comfort. Complementary champagne! Location. Service excellent!
