It's clean. Easy in and out and 6 minutes to get to campus.
The blinds on the front and back door should maybe be doors where they are inside or privacy covers on back door so it doesn't interfere with opening and closing door

The property was clean and well maintained.
There was a bit too much cleaning product odor; a bit overpowering. Had to ventilate for a couple of hours.
