I couldn’t stay because neither room was properly cleaned or prepared for my arrival.

The location was convenient

I did not stay at the property because the rooms were not properly cleaned or prepared for my arrival. The first room I was given was in an unacceptable condition. After I contacted the host, I was moved to a second studio, but I found similar cleanliness issues there. I had to leave and book alternative accommodation. I requested a full refund, but I did not receive a response to my refund request. I have photos and videos showing the condition of both rooms when I arrived.

Very very poor

NOTHING! We didn’t even stay as their cleaner hadn’t cleaned our flat, we were told on 2 occasions it was ready to check into but both times It was left dirty from the previous Tennant.

We have not been offered a refund from this property and they are saying to booking that we checked out early! So so poor. DONT NOT BOOK!

The room was dirty with no host response, the downstairs door was always locked trapping me in, and the electricity cut

I appreciated the host for moving me to another room because the room that I paid for was dirty and the bed wasn’t even done

Firstly, the room I paid for was dirty. I contacted the host the same night, but got no reply, so I had no choice but to stay there as it was. Secondly, the downstairs door was constantly locked, so I couldn’t get out on multiple occasions—even as early as midday. I always had to disturb neighbours to let me in/out, and once I even had to order food late at night just so the delivery driver could open the door from outside for me. Finally, the electricity cut out on two separate occasions.

I wouldn’t put a homeless person in there

Nothing

when we arrived we found dirty clothes still in the apartment, bins not emptied, dirty toilet and just simply not ready to be used

Lovely place for students as the location it’s very close to GBS campus good connection with the bus .Very quiet and SAFE and privacy .The bedding was clean, the kitchen and bathroom also but I had to disinfect all the areas. But for me was perfect I went to shop I bought bleach and cleaning clothes and I have tidy up bit.Lovely place definitely I will return next week

Safety, quiet and that is close to my university.

The flat was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. The location in Northolt was peaceful, yet it was easy to get into Central London. I’ll would happily recommend it to family and friends!

Nothing major – everything met or exceeded expectations. If I had to mention one thing, maybe just a few more kitchen essentials e.g. microwave, kettle and cooking pans.

It was in a good area have an alright view

There wasn’t any toilet rolls in the bathroom or anywhere in the house and I wasn’t told to bring mine.
