My family are having wonderful experience with this homestay. The scenery is beautiful since it's on a very top floor and facing Centrum Mall. Coway is provided so no need to worry about clean drink water. Each room has two beds and dedicated bathroom. Towels and hairdryers are provided as well. If you're Muslim, just bring your own prayer mat. Good to having a whole family for a staycation. The most important thing is there are no paranormal activities going on, prob because it is a new building.
One complaint is just door knob at the toilet need to be fixed. It will make an annoying sound if it's not shut properly due to wind.

Entire house was super clean. 3 bedroom and it can occupy up until 10 adults. House is spacious and equipped with all the basic necessities such as iron and kitchen equipment.
Parking space was a bit rundown and smelly garbage bins can be smelled from the lift down to the parking space.
