Lots of room, all the necessary amendments.

Large space compared to what you would get in a city in Japan, very clean, modern, with an amazing bath. Recommended if you want to walk to beaches, be out in nature, and experience a bit of rural coastline life in Okinawa. Bonus in that Nicoya to the south and another Okinawan restaurant to the north are both excellent.
This has nothing to do with the property - but it's not particularly close to a convenience store, which is something we had taken for granted in Japan. All this means is that you need to prepare to stock up during one walking trip or rent a car while you're there.
