The apartment was perfect for us - more than enough space, clean, really decent amenities, air con, and in an ideal location. Bywater has tons to explore (make sure to visit Frady's if you stay here) and you can walk into the French Quarter fairly easily too. Only a couple of blocks from a bus stop / streetcar stop. Very grateful to have found this place and had the opportunity to stay here - couldn't recommend highly enough.
Relatively close to a railway line so you can hear trains fairly often from here, but this didn't impact our stay / sleep at all - just something to be aware of!

This was such an amazing stay. Upon arrival, the host showed me around and told me how everything worked. Plus, she lives next-door, which made it easy to reach her if I wanted to.
The place was cleaned, and had everything I would need: appliances for cooking, first-aid kit, additional beddings, tv, etc. it almost felt like I was home.
The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for me because I could go spend nights out dancing in the french quarter and bourbon street, but then come back to a quiet house to rest.
It would be nice to have an additional pot for cooking that is more maleable. The ones I found were a bit heavy, but that's just a personal preference :)
