The Space:

A renovated studio condo on the 4th floor of the Grand Lodge — 100 yards from Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Walk to the Red Lady Express lift in 3 minutes, ski gear in hand.



The Grand Lodge is a 3-star property of individually owned condos. Unit 414 has been fully updated with new furniture, decor, and finishes. The building itself dates to 1999 — common areas show their age, but the unit does not.



➔ Bedroom / Living Area (4th Floor, 433 sq ft)

King bed with a full mountain-themed art wall above. Queen pullout couch doubles as a sitting area during the day. The big trail map of CBMR hangs above the couch — guests say their kids spend hours tracing ski runs on it.



➔ Kitchenette

Stovetop, microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware. Enough to handle breakfasts and simple meals.



➔ Bathroom

Full bathroom with shower. Hair dryer, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided.



➔ Building Amenities (Grand Lodge Shared)

Year-round heated outdoor pool + hot tub, indoor pool, steam room, fitness center, lobby fireplace, gift shop, and on-site restaurant. Free parking lot with EV charging (1 pass per room). Complimentary town shuttle to downtown Crested Butte.

To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $150 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40).



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours — 4th floor, elevator access.



Self check-in with a keypad lock — your unique code is sent before arrival.



Free parking in the Grand Lodge lot (1 parking pass per room). EV charging available on-site.



Building amenities included: heated pool, hot tub, steam room, gym, and complimentary town shuttle. Note: amenities are managed by the building HOA and may occasionally be closed for maintenance.



The Neighborhood:

Mt. Crested Butte sits at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort — known for expert terrain, uncrowded runs, and 300+ inches of annual snowfall. The Grand Lodge is one of the closest buildings to the lifts.

Free town shuttle runs between Mt. Crested Butte and downtown — no car needed for dinner on Elk Avenue.



In summer, Crested Butte is the wildflower capital of Colorado. The ski area converts to a mountain bike park.



Getting Around:

A car is helpful but not essential. The free town shuttle connects Mt. Crested Butte to downtown Crested Butte throughout the day.



For skiing, you walk — the lifts are 3 minutes from the front door.



From Gunnison-CB Airport (GUC): 43-min drive. Direct flights from Dallas, Houston, Denver, and Chicago during ski season.



From Denver (DEN): approximately 4-hour drive via US-285 S to US-50 W. AWD or chains recommended in winter. Check road conditions at cotrip.org.



Free parking in the Grand Lodge lot with EV charging. One parking pass per room.
