The property was as described. It is a lovely home with four bedrooms and a large open area. We were four older ladies staying for over a week and it was a perfect venue for us. It is quiet and close to the Extraco Center. One thing that is not mentioned is there is a camper in the backyard that is also used for a VRBO. We were a bit disturbed one evening when we got back to the house and there was a strange vehicle parked in the driveway. We messaged the host and he did not respond for three days. The place could use a deep cleaning but the cleaning crew did a good job with all of the surface cleaning. We would stay there again.

Great stay! We were in town for Baylor graduation. Location was perfect, super clean and spacious. Communication with Joshua was quick and on point. Not a single issue. We would definitely recommend Woodway.

The host was very nice! The house was really nice for a large group. We were celebrating my daughters graduation from Baylor and it was roomy and accommodated a large group very good.

Outside could have used some tlc. Outdoor couch cushions where to dirty to sit on, gas grill was dirty and moldy, outdoor chiminia was actually a fire pit , wood provided but not chopped. Thermostat was difficult to figure out o instructions. And we had other tenants on property that we were suddenly made aware of we we existed the garage.
