There are lounge chairs and umbrellas on the sun deck and a large playground. Swim caps are required to use the pool. Additionally, diving is strictly prohibited. If you don’t have a swim cap, you can purchase one from us. [DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH] One of our key advantages is our proximity to the beach. In fact, Case Vacanze Mare Nostrum is the only residence in the area with a pool facing the beach and direct access to the sea via our private entrance (about 100 meters away). [PRIVATE ON-SITE PARKING] For your car or motorcycle, we provide parking within our residence (max 2 cars per unit). All outdoor areas of the property are monitored by video surveillance for security reasons. [OUR AREA] Our area is well-equipped with all amenities. In fact, within 2 km you’ll find: large supermarkets (Conad, Ard, Todis, MD), restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs, bakeries, beach clubs with fully equipped beaches, and the water park. Our location is strategic; in fact, you can reach and visit Sicily’s most famous tourist destinations in no time. It simply wouldn’t be the same if you chose another area.
