Beautiful Gulf views and room for everyone to dine and gather define the spacious great room at the heart of the main floor. An amazing kitchen flows right out of it, stocked with a full refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, beverage fridge, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for the whole group. A lovely Queen bedroom with a private bath looks out over the north pool from this level.

3 more bedrooms fill the top floor, each with a private bath and a TV. A Queen bedroom overlooks the pool, a bunkroom offers 2 Twin-over-Full bunks, and a wonderful beachfront primary King suite completes the lineup. The King suite has its own private beachfront porch for soaking up the views, plus a deluxe bath with a separate tub and shower, a double vanity, and a private water closet. An intimate living space is perfect for kids to unwind or hook up their games, and a laundry room adds extra convenience.

Outside, the private pool on the north side of the home is the go-to spot for a quick cool-off, with a waterfall feature and lounge chairs for a break from the sand and salt. It is unfortunately not heatable. Up above, the beachfront porches on both levels bring sea breezes, Gulf views, and outdoor meals together. Down on the ground floor, a picnic table and a charcoal grill turn any evening into a beachside barbecue. The main attraction is just a few easy steps over the dune walkover: a private stretch of enchanting white sand beach. When you head back, an outdoor shower under the house takes care of the cleanup.

Sea Blue sits in the quiet West Beach area of Gulf Shores, approximately 4 miles west of Hwy 59, offering a tranquil setting with local restaurants, shops, and attractions close by.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
