Our themed cottage is located in the Calvados department, Normandy, just 15 minutes from the prestigious 8km long Omaha Beach, and borders the Manche department and the great Cotentin Basin. It has been redesigned in an ecological way to promote sustainable development.

It is a large Norman stone house, of 105m2, distributed as follows:

On the first floor, you will find a large living room, perfect for a moment of relaxation along the hydro wood stove, where there is an oven above to cook your favorite dishes. The sofas will turn into a real cozy nest for the night.

A dining room with a large table to share your meals with family or friends for up to 10 people. A high chair for the little ones is available.

You will also find a complete and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, complete crockery, fryer, capsule coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), with its bar and stools overlooking the living room, and a direct exit leading to an outdoor lounge outside.PGJyPg�PGJyPgFinally, you will have at your disposal a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, a storage space with dressing room and coat rack, separate toilets, and a large bathroom with a bathtub and its shower screen. A hairdryer will be available.

Upstairs, you can spend beautiful nights in the 3 bedrooms available:
The first bedroom consists of 4 beds (2x140200) with curtain partition to create 2 bedrooms and more privacy, with a large dressing area, connected TV, the second bedroom consists of 2 beds (1x160/200), a travel cot for the little ones and a dressing room, and the 3rd consists of a bed for 1 person (1x90/200) in the attic.

You will therefore have a maximum of 10 beds at your disposal.

All the surrounding tourist documentation is available in our Gîte, you will not even have to go to the Tourist Office.

As for the outdoor areas of the gîte, a large fully enclosed lawn area is at your disposal. Our 4-legged friends are welcome.
A solarium area is available with 2 sunbeds. A large semi-covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue are also available.

Our garage can easily accommodate 2 cars, and the large courtyard even more. A gate and its gate secure our cottage.

This is located in a very quiet environment, in the Normandy countryside only 1/4 of an hour from all the historical sites of the Second World War. You will be able to listen to music and shout without limits, strictly not disturbing anyone, because we have no neighbors!

Our cottage is located only 15 minutes from Saint Laurent sur Mer, Vierville sur Mer, Colleville sur Mer (the Route de la Liberté which serves the Overlord Museum and the American Cemetery), 12 minutes from Isigny sur Mer and its wonderful dairy products, 20 minutes from Carentan les Marais (parachute drop of June 6, 1944, WW2 shops, museums), 25 minutes from Saint Côme du Mont (D-Day Experience), Sainte Mere Eglise and its historic church, shops and museums, and Sainte Marie du Mont and its world-famous Utah Beach, 25 minutes from the Pointe du Hoc, 1h15 from Mont Saint Michel, 15 minutes from St Lo, 40 minutes from Caen and its Memorial that we highly recommend, 25 minutes from Bayeux, its medieval historic center and its tapestries.
