The property was well positioned for our needs - university, town centre and railway/bus station. Tesco just round the corner too.
Also to add, the host was very responsive and answered messages / emails quickly.
Our weeks stay was during a heat wave. It didn’t feel safe to leave the windows open during the night, particularly the downstairs bedroom which overlooked the street. We couldn’t leave the bedroom doors open either as the hall and stairs lights were on a sensor and constantly switched on and off during the night. So we would have really welcomed having a fans as it was unbearably hot in the bedrooms on a night.

Clean, tidy, comfortable.
It was a bit too far out of town and we found out later that the area has a bad reputation. It is very deprived and run down. Be aware that it's a bit rough round there. It must be said, we didn't encounter any problems. But, there was a lot of litter and broken glass on the pavements walking into town.

It was clean and airy. The beds were comfortable.
Lots of local amenities.
Great for workers. Not really for families.
The area wasnt the safest, parking was awful neighbours wanted us to move so they could park. The house was nice but the internet wasnt great so we could not watch tv. The hall and landing lights were on sensors which was annoying as even people walking past on the street made the hall light come on. There was only the dining chairs to sit on also. As the little sofa bed in the lounge waa low and small.

10mins from were we where working, bedrooms where good, bathroom was big enough
Had to turn the boiler up high to get the house warm as there where not enough radiators, bathroom was freezing cold, lounge lacked comfy settees , could not watch normal TV
