I liked the hospitality of the hosts and the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, private and homely. I would 100% go back. It was easy to access majority of Kigali from the place, I had an amazing stay.
Maybe the process of ordering meals. I didn't get to have breakfast because of my schedule while I stayed there, but I wasn't too sure how to go about it, (I also didn't find out, so that is also a big factor)
