The access is using door-access-code. Very convenient and easy.
Facilities provided is quite good. TV channels were good and accessible.
Beds were comfy. Air conditioner and lights were functional.
Washing machine also was a good help.
The host was helpful with the check in/check out process (self check-in)
1. No hanger/hook inside the bathroom to hang towels.
2. The washing machine drainage hose is broken, Excess water overflowed to the balcony
3. I am pretty sure the unit is no-smoking unit, but there was some cigarette smell lingering in the bathroom during my initial entry, because my children smell the same.

The house is spacious, clean and complete with everything we need. Aircond is cool & spacious balcony with a nice seaview.
1. We didnt go the the beach as the ground floor is quite smelly and quiet as if if no one live there so we drove to Pantai Bagan Pinang only 3mins drive and its clean & kids had fun at there
2. There is no one else at the floor/wing except us even during the school holiday and it was weekend (thurs-sat)The building is old and without neigbours its pretty scary at night (back from dinner) expecially when the elevator is quite old too.
