Great location, lots of amenities locally

In a heat wave so apartment was very warm. Having the windows open made it a little noisy.

Omdat.dit appartement niet beschikbaar was wegens renovatie werkzaamheden kregen we een appartement in Finchley aangeboden van de eigenaar. Deze review gaat dan eigenlijk ook over dat apartement Bekijk Modern 2BR Flat | North Finchley https://www.booking.com/Share-Asd3Fx We konden voor de deur parkeren. Het apartment had twee slaapkamers met dubbele bedden, twee badkamers en een opklapbaar twee persoonsbed in de leefruimte. Het ziet er mooi en modern uit. Toegang tot het gebouw en het appartement gaat met codes. Appartement is op korte van metro station West Finchley. Beheerder reageert snel.

De temperatuur van de douches was lastig te regelen en niet constant van temperatuur. De schoonmaak leek een haast klus geweest te zijn. Prullenbak niet leeg, er zat nog was in de wasmachine en de vloer plakte een beetje.

An amazing little find. We wanted an accommodation outside the city centre and this one was everything we needed. Spacious, clean and in a great location. 2 minute walk to the train station and came with organised parking which was a big bonus for us. The host Fernando was superb, and attentive when needed. He was on hand to answer and questions or queries we had. He even provided walk through videos of the apartment and how to get to the parking area. The location of the flat was close to amenities, local shops and food. We couldn't have found a better place if we tried.

The lift in the apartment wasn't working so we did have to lug the cases etc up a couple of flights of stairs but this was a minor problem and would be rectified eventually. It would not put us off staying again at all.

המיקום מעולה!!!!!!!נגיש לכל מה שצריך, חניה קרובה מאד ונוחה,דירה מרווחת ומסודרת,אבל.......... **כדאי להוסיף מתלים בדירה, למגבות, מעילים וכו' . **מכסה האשפה בחדר היה שבור ולא נסגר,למרות שכתבתי ביום הראשון, במשך הימים שהיינו שם לא הגיע איש תחזוקה לתקן.

שבוע לפני שהגענו שלחתי את הבת שלי שגרה בקרבת מקום לבדוק את המקום,היא התרשמה,נתנה את אישורה,רק שהמעלית היתה תקולה😟😯,במקרה פגשה שם עובד שאמר לה שאמורים לתקן את המעלית, אנחנו הגענו אחרי שבוע ,זוג בני 73 עם שתי מזוודות כבדות ולמזלנו הדירה היתה בקומה ראשונה וכפי שניחשתם "זחלנו" במעלה המדרגות כי היא עדיין לא תוקנה, וגם במשך הימים שהיינו שם(3לילות,4ימים)כפי שהבנתם לא תוקנה למרות שעוד באותו ערב שהגענו כתבתי לבעלים ונעניתי שכן זו בעיה, אבל לא נעשה דבר. אני עם בעיות ברגליים ודבר ראשון שאני בודקת זה מעלית, אם אין מעלית אינני מזמינה את המקום!!!!!אז תתארו לכם שהיה קשה ולא נעים וכל ההנאה שיכלה להיות מהמקום נפגמה.ומשום מה יש לי תחושה שגם היום המעלית עדיין תקולה, חבל כי המקום הוא פנינה מבחינת המיקום, אבל התחזוקה לקויה.
