The property is super well located. The villa itself is a self-contained apartment compound and has a pool and a full-fledged parking garage indoors. It’s located in the center of Santa Luzia and a 10 minute walk to the Barril Beach, which is arguably one of the best beaches in the Algarve region. The apartment talks about itself. It’s fully loaded with TV, Good hot water, AC that actually works and a full-fledged kitchen and living room. Also the balcony is perfect for those sunsets and late night situations. Pedro was super nice and helped us with the check in being super welcoming explaining everything in detail and making us feel a little bit closer to home while being on this new apartment on vacations.

The first time cleaning (check in) could be better because we encountered some of the dishes and some of the cutlery being not completely clean and we have to do that before making our first meals.

Ter que sair às 10 horas, é muito cedo pois vou para férias. As saídas dos hotéis sempre foram às 12, mas pelos vistos os AL, acham-se mais que hóteis

Lovely apartment nicely appointed and in a quiet area but would have preferred more outside space.

Terrace out fron was access to other apartments so no private terrace space. Small terrace out back but onto a road. Had to take taxi from airport to Tavira to pick up the keys then back to Santa Luzia which we passed on way to Tavira. Had to call maintenance man as keys were sticking nearly locked out twicw. Mainteneance man was efficient and arrived quickly and offered to come 24/7

The apartment has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay, a home away from home! The kitchen is functional and fully equipped. The beds firm, water pressure and heat great, overall a great space. The balcony out the back of the apartment provided privacy.

The unit is in the middle of three, therefore the front balcony is a walk through for the end unit and has only 2 chairs outside. The end unit had a table and 4 chairs. Unfortunately there was a couple in the next unit (looked to be an airbnb) who spent most of their time on the table talking loudly up until midnight and were smoking which meant we could not open the ranch slider or kitchen window without having smoke coming into the apartment. This is not the owners fault, but it did affect our enjoyment of the property as we were not able to have the windows open or enjoy the front balcony for most of the time in the evenings, for this reason we would probably not return to this apartment.
