We loved the location as so close to the Cathedral and many excellent places to eat and drink.
The apartment was spacious and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.
When I phoned the agent for some advice I was answered straight away and they were so very helpful, polite and friendly.
Nothing we didn’t like.

Good location in the center of Norwich, very near the river though you can't see it. Free parking bay. The flat is very big.
The owners don't seem to care. All the problems reported by the visitors before us (see review dated June 12, 2026) were still there, even the broken toilet flush. And booking.com still had incorrect wifi information (see review dated February 28, 2026). You really can hear every step taken by people in the flat upstairs, and we couldn't sleep until the busy pub next door closed at 10pm.
