Everything was perfect.
The apartement is comfortable and well equipped. The bed and the couch are comfortable.
You can access the city center in 5-10 minutes walk.
The apartment belongs to the neighboring tavern (very good food and nice people). The neighborhood is quiet.
If you need a luggage room you can leave your luggage at the tavern.
And most of all the owner is super nice and caring :)
If you are a light sleeper, you might need earplugs so you don't hear the customers in the tavern.
But with my earplugs I didn't hear anything so I'm not complaining :)

The host was extremely accommodating and obliging to a degree that we felt we were taking advantage of him. The house was very clean and well kept and its balcony was perfect for relaxing after a very long day!
