HOME1 - Albertine Aparthotel

The location is convenient, around a 30-minute walk from the city’s main tourist area, with shops and restaurants nearby. Convenient parking is also a plus. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment. The bed linen also smelled bad and had hair on it. I wrote about this in the booking chat and asked for the bedding to be changed, but I received AI response, and the linen was never replaced. The window in the room (on the ceiling) could not be opened properly, probably due to a faulty mechanism, so I had to force it open by hand just to get some fresh air. The shower drain was also clogged, causing the water to drain very slowly. Communication was another major issue. When you have a question or encounter a problem, the chat seems to be handled by an AI bot that provides generic responses without actually solving anything. Getting in touch with a real staff member is extremely difficult.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, along with being next to several train stops and a taxi stand. It was easy to get from the hotel to anywhere in Vienna I wanted to visit.

I did not really have an understanding of the options to get to and from the airport. I don't think the hotel is responsible for this, but suggestions would have been appreciated.
