Great location (5 minute walk to supermarkets, 10 minute walk to the beach), exceptionally clean and accommodating with all required facilities.
I didn’t mind, but this property is on a street so can be slightly noisy.

Location and amenities. It is ideal small studio for a weekend getaway trip. However some things could be improved.
There was only one toilet paper roll upon arrival; which I found odd. And bedding. More clean pillows and bedsheets would be 10/10.

Excellent location - between airport and city centre, near to the beach. Two supermarkets nearby, bakery, pharmacy, tram station, bus stop etc.
Excellent equipment - anything you may need, it is there. Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, dishes, washing machine, clotheshorse, hairdryer, even beach umbrella!, cleaners, cosmetics, ...
Host Jean-Marc is caring and willing, he answers quickly.
Cleaning may be little bit better. I found some hair...
The street is quite busy - you can hear the traffic in the night.
