I liked the ease of finding the place. Amenities were appreciated. I liked that the backyard was well lit.
The shower takes a little getting used to, as water heater is slow, but not unreasonable. Fence needs to be reinforced at base, smaller dogs can slip under.

It was so clean, well kept and there were a lot of extra amenities for comfort. I love the gated parking and motion sensor light outside for night time.
I enjoyed everything about this place. If I had one suggestion it would be a portable fan or two because it gets a little stuff upstairs with the hot weather.

This location is ideal if you’re going to a concert at Preserving Underground. The house is great! It’s immaculate with really comfortable beds and a nice selection of games and snacks. Plus there’s a coffee and tea bar. And if you forget something? They have a bathroom cabinet with extra toothbrushes, razors, soap, and so much more. There’s even a washer and dryer on site.
Nothing. We loved it.
