Location is walking distance to Chase Field in the heat for able bodied people. I would not recommend walking if you have elderly people or young children in your party. The area was sketchy, but the facility itself is secure. Staff was excellent on the app and very responsive.
You get what you pay for. Don’t expect much creature comforts. There was hand soap but no body soap in shower. Shower was mostly hot water even at colder settings. Two flat pillows were given which I used to double up and thus were adequate for me solo, but not for a couple. TV didn’t really work and there was no working ice or filter water from the fridge.

Great host, wonderful housemate. I had a wonderful experience.
There could be a little more lighting to facilitate at-home working conditions. Otherwise, location and privacy were perfect.

The privacy was perfect I'd like to reserve this place at weekly or bi-monthly rate.
Couldn't find anything cool

No wash clothes, no shampoo or conditioner; neighboring roommates came in loud at all hours. They had to share a bathroom in the hallway, fortunately I had my own bathroom. Near airport so you hear the planes all night.
Door lock malfunctioned and I was locked out of the property for about an hour in the dark.
