wszystko cudownie, check in przeszedł bardzo sprawnie, wszystko jasno opisane, w trakcie pobytu mieliśmy jeden problem z kodem do drzwi ale wszystko szybko zostało rozwiązane i otrzymaliśmy doskonała obsługę:) polecam serdecznie
dziwny zapach w budynku

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Alamo Hotel! The staff were very accommodating, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was their willingness to allow me to shop online and have my packages delivered before my arrival, which made my trip so much more convenient and stress-free. Their excellent hospitality truly made a difference in my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami and would gladly consider staying here again! 😊✨
I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide drinking water and that we were not informed of this before our visit. Only two single-use coffee packets were provided. Additionally, the bathroom had no door and featured an open-concept design, which caused the surrounding area to become wet.
